A little background before going into greater depth. I began looking for homes in person mid March 2017, and quickly closed a little over a month later on April 26th 2017. I probably would still be looking for a home if Hillary Keys hadn't given me that nudge of guidance when she saw how impressed I was with the house I'd end up purchasing. Needless to say if you're looking for a realtor with 17+ years experience; who was always on time and even a text or call away at odd hours. Mind you there was a time she made availability at her inconvenience, and most importantly is serious about what she does... this realtor is the one.. She can walk into a home and has a pretty good idea on what to expect... Even though its always preferred to have cash or a pre approval prior to house searching; Hillary will still have you covered! Whether she referred you to one of her amazing brokers for deal shopping or if you're looking for a local Arizona bank to work with.... she made sure we closed on time and the experience was painless... she even waited for me to get off work and meet me at my new house to deliver my new keys... she wasn't exaggerating when she said she wanted to be the key to opening the doors to my new home... Thank you again Hillary and I hope all is well.
We were in a situation where our relative was placed in an independent living facility and we needed to sell the house to help support her. Living on the East coast, this was very difficult, and needed to occur in a short period of time. Hillary was extremely helpful and professional. We couldn't haved one it without her. Hillary was the most refreshing, sincere, honest, considerate, patient, professional, etc. Realtor we have ever worked with. She was always there for us even though we gave her 1 week to find us a house and then we had to do all of our paperwork from WI instead of AZ. Her recommendations for construction, flooring and landscape professionals were perfect. She sent us all of the contact information for our utilities so we could get that set up, also from WI. We would highly recommend Hillary to anyone looking for a home in the Sun City area.
